Our interior design and decorating service is based on each individuals needs, we look at your vision and create a full range of services required in order to make your space functional and beautiful.
Interviews are conducted to establish the likes of each client, looking at each space and any sources of interior ideas gathered by the client. We can get a clearer view of what the clients requirements are. Resulting in the tools to achieve the most effective utilization of space and design concept put together.
For each trader associated with D.I.D a full specification and detailed overview will be discussed. All payments will be made by D.I.D in agreement with the client. All subcontractors will be paid their deposit and balances due on completion. Ordering process will take place and client will be kept up to date on the process. Only subcontractors dealing with D.I.D will be coordinated.
Once the above concept has been approved , the final design process will take place to make sure the proposal with all the hardware and interior décor works together. The final quote on costings will also be presented where the 70% deposit will be required to start the project.
Once the brief has been defined based on the work to be done, a professional fee can be estimated in terms of expected work hours. A concept will be put together based on the requirements. A floor plan, furniture specifications, moodboard with fabrics and more will be presented to give the client an idea to what the design concept is. We also make sure all the hard finishes selected like the floor tiles, wall paint, lighting and more works together to all flow in the end.
After our period of 6-8 weeks of ordering, we will oversee the deliveries and installation process. The balance payment is due before delivery date is confirmed. A styling process will be done on agreement with client which we do on appro service of ornaments and accessories
